In order to help you control your costs even better, we offer different types of contracts covering a warranty extension, assistance, consumables (except for paper and staples), parts and labour in the event of technical problems. All at an all-inclusive price including a fixed cost per page.

The Page Pack contract is a maintenance contract that comprises:

• the supply of consumables for your Xerox equipment (except paper and staples that you can order by calling us on 02 643 42 41);
• the costs attached to technical interventions (travel of the technician, parts and labour);
• access to the help centre for all technical support;
• thanks to the online consumables ordering tool, you can order 24/24 and 7/7 with your computer;
• the billing is done against a fixed cost per page, irrespective of the coverage of your printouts.

You thus control your printing costs and control your invoices thanks to the breakdown of the number of copies actually printed.

Xerox has set up a free service to automatically supply you with inks and toners (only).
